Research interests


My research interests are concentrated on ecology and long-term ecology of wetlands with a special focus on ​climate change. I am applying the experimental and palaeoecological approaches to better understand the present and past global change. Current projects synthesize historical geography and archaeology with palaeoecological perspectives. Teaching: – Global warming and ecosystems – Ecology of wetlands – Restoration ecology in the Anthropocene – Global change and nature conservation
